IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ORDERS TO THE USA

Orders to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import fees, and taxes. These charges are levied by U.S. customs authorities upon import and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the product price or shipping costs and cannot be refunded by STRENESSE Blue.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount, as they vary depending on the product category, declared value, and applicable regulations.

RETURNS – UNITED STATES (USA)

For orders to the United States, we offer a voluntary 14-day return policy.
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

• The items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• All tags and labels are still attached
• The items are returned in the original packaging

Please note the following conditions for returns from the USA:

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Customs duties, import fees, or taxes levied upon delivery are non-refundable, as these are charged by U.S. customs authorities and not by STRENESSE Blue.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the return at our warehouse.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in USD.
